Account details (name, email, company), billing information, and the content and metadata of email you send through our platform, plus usage and device data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, ensure deliverability and security, prevent abuse, comply with law (including CAN-SPAM), and communicate with you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service, under contract, and as required by law.

Data processing & your rights

We act as a processor for the email you send and offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). You may access, correct, or delete your data by contacting privacy@relayly.io. We support GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and SOC 2 aligned practices.
