These Terms govern your use of Relayly's email platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may only send email to recipients who have consented to receive it, must honor unsubscribe requests, and must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable anti-spam laws. Spam, phishing, and malware are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for your account, API keys, and the email you send. Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars; usage above plan limits is billed as overage.

Service levels

We target 99.99% uptime. Specific SLAs are available on Enterprise plans.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Relayly's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior three months.
