By default, sends above your monthly quota return a 422 quota_exceeded error so you don't get a surprise bill. Switch on auto-buy in billing settings to instead consume "Extra send volume" at $1/1,000 — capped at a monthly limit you set.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the remaining month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the higher tier for the rest of the month you've already paid for.
The Free tier is permanent and meaningful — 3,000 sends/month, real DKIM, real webhooks. Most teams test on Free, then go straight to Pro. If you specifically need a Pro-tier feature for an evaluation (e.g., tracking, region pinning), email hello@relayly.io for a 30-day Pro trial key.
You get one IP allocated to your account that goes through our 14-day warmup curve — start at 50/day, ramp to your tier's daily cap based on actual delivery success per provider. Until warmup completes, sends overflow to the shared pool so you still hit the inbox.
Pick at signup: EU (Gravelines, FR) or Canada (BHS, QC). Both are OVH bare-metal, fully encrypted at rest. Data never crosses regions without explicit per-send consent. Sub-processor list at /sub-processors.
Pro and Scale: pay annually for a flat 15% off (Pro $255/year, Scale $1,020/year). Enterprise contracts are negotiated, typically 20–30% off list with a multi-year commit.

Stripe (card, ACH, SEPA, wire) for Free / Pro / Scale. Enterprise can pay by invoice net-30 with PO. We're a Singapore entity, so non-US customers won't have W-9 friction.
Cancel any time from the dashboard. Stops at the end of the current billing period — no early-termination fee. Annual customers can cancel mid-year and we'll refund unused months.
If something we shipped doesn't deliver as described in your first 30 days, email us with the message_ids and we'll refund the month. We'd rather you keep using us, but we'd also rather you not feel stuck.
