Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum.
2. Service
Relayly provides email-sending infrastructure (transactional + marketing), hosted at relayly.io. Service tiers and quotas are defined on the Pricing page. We may modify the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for actions taken under your account. Keep credentials secret. Notify security@relayly.io within 24 hours of any suspected compromise.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Relayly to send spam, phishing, malware, scraped-list mailings, illegal content, or anything prohibited by the AUP. We may suspend accounts that violate the AUP without prior notice when necessary to protect the IP pool.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. Free tier limits are at our discretion.
6. Term and termination
You may cancel anytime via Billing → Cancel. We may terminate for material breach (AUP violation, non-payment, fraud).
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with venue in Delhi NCR. EU consumers retain their mandatory rights under local law.
10. Changes
We will notify changes by email and via the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
