If you received unwanted email sent through Relayly, we want to know. We aim to acknowledge reports within 1 business hour and act within 24 hours.

Email abuse@relayly.io with the full message including all headers.

How to get full headers in Gmail: open the message → click ⋮ → "Show original" → copy everything.

Include in your report

  1. The complete abuse@ email with FULL headers (Received: lines, Message-ID, Authentication-Results).
  2. The Relayly-signed DKIM selector you can see (e.g., relayly1._domainkey.example.com).
  3. What you'd like us to do (suppress this sender for your address, terminate sender, etc.).

What happens next

  1. Auto-reply with a ticket number within 5 minutes.
  2. We pause the offending campaign within 1 business hour while we investigate.
  3. If the AUP was violated, the customer's account is suspended pending review.
  4. We email you the resolution within 24 hours.
