abuse@relayly.io with the full message including all headers.
How to get full headers in Gmail: open the message → click ⋮ → "Show original" → copy everything.
Include in your report
- The complete
abuse@email with FULL headers (Received: lines, Message-ID, Authentication-Results). - The Relayly-signed DKIM selector you can see (e.g.,
relayly1._domainkey.example.com). - What you'd like us to do (suppress this sender for your address, terminate sender, etc.).
What happens next
- Auto-reply with a ticket number within 5 minutes.
- We pause the offending campaign within 1 business hour while we investigate.
- If the AUP was violated, the customer's account is suspended pending review.
- We email you the resolution within 24 hours.
