Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Forbidden content

You may NOT use Relayly to send any of the following without prior written approval:

• Cold outreach / unsolicited B2B sales — even with a CAN-SPAM unsubscribe.
• Lists you do not own or did not collect with explicit consent (no scraped, purchased, or appended lists).
• Phishing, social engineering, account credential theft.
• Malware, exploit kits, or links to such.
• MLM / pyramid / get-rich-quick schemes.
• Gambling without proof of licence in the recipient's jurisdiction.
• Adult content (separate signup process required).
• Crypto pump-and-dump, ICO promotion, NFT spam.
• Illegal pharmacy, controlled-substance promotion.
• Content that violates any applicable law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, PECR).

2. Required practices

• Maintain double opt-in or clear single opt-in evidence (date, IP, source URL) for every recipient.
• Honour unsubscribe requests within 24 hours; we auto-suppress on List-Unsubscribe-Post events.
• Authenticate from-domains with SPF + DKIM + DMARC p=quarantine minimum.
• Keep your hard-bounce rate < 5% and complaint rate < 0.1%.

3. Enforcement

Reports of violations are handled by abuse@relayly.io within 24 hours. Sanctions, in escalating order:

1. Warning + cooling-off (sending paused 24h).
2. Quota reduction.
3. Account suspension.
4. Permanent termination + IP-pool block.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a Relayly customer sending you abusive email, forward the message with full headers to abuse@relayly.io or use the form at relayly.io/report-abuse.
